Yes, up to 7 days before the event. Request it from your brizz.me confirmation email. After that we can't refund your ticket, but you can transfer it to someone else.
Yes. Change the name on your ticket in brizz.me any time before the event, or email [TEAM EMAIL].
No. Show the QR code on your phone at check-in. There is no need to print anything.
Team of three is our group price. For a student ticket, email [TEAM EMAIL] with proof of enrolment.
Yes. brizz.me issues an invoice with VAT at checkout. Add your company name and address there.
We only cancel if fewer than 10 people have booked. In that case you get a full refund through brizz.me, and we email everyone with a ticket first.
